Fees Charged

Product (including tax) + Shipping + COD service charge

1) Shipping:

For orders over 30,000 yen shipping is free (excluding oversize products). For orders under 30,000 we charge 950 yen per box of up to 25 kilograms.

2) COD Service Charge:

There is a 350 yen service charge for all orders which is automatically added to your order.

3) Bank Transfer Payments

If you would like to pay by bank transfer please contact us and we will provide you with our bank account details.

We accept Mastercard, VISA, American Express and Discover. All of our transactions are processed through Paypal. To learn more about Paypal please visit their site at http://www.paypal.jp/jp . You do not have to have a Paypal account to make a purchase via credit card on our site. Below the Paypal login information just choose pay by credit card and you can fill in your information and check out without making a Paypal account.

Returns:

If you would like to return your unopened, unassembled, unused product (not including perishables) please do so within 30 days of the arrival to your home.

For broken items or items that you did not order Yoyo Market will cover the cost of return shipping as well as any bank transfer fees incurred.
