How does it work?

Personal Shopper:  Step 1 Tell us what you need
Give us a call (043-304-6218) or send us an e-mail(support@yoyomarket.jp). We'll research the cost and availability of everything and then we'll promptly get in touch with an estimate. In the case of IKEA, please just make a 'shopping list' on the IKEA site and send that our way.
Personal Shopper:  Step 2 Place your Order
Once you receive a quote and confirm that you would like to proceed with your order we'll set up a custom page on our secure site; allowing you to safely make your order in a matter of minutes.
Personal Shopper:  Step 3 Sit Back and Relax
Once you've placed your order, you can truly just sit back and relax. We'll get everything packed up and sent off to you. Before you know it, your special purchase will be knocking at your front door to greet you!
Personal Shopper:  Step 4 Tell all your Friends about Yoyo Market!
Well, you don't have to do this, but we're confident that this is just what you're going to want to do. Making you happy is our business and business has never been better. Give us call and let us know what we can do
 
 

How much does it cost?

Personal Shopper:  Step 1 20% Handling Fee
We're firm believers in offering exceptional service at exceptional prices. For our Personal Shopper service, that means we only add 20% of the original cost of each item. If you are planning to buy a shelf for ¥1000, our price for the shelf will be ¥1200.
Personal Shopper:  Step 2 ¥1995 Processing Fee (for orders under ¥15,000)
In addition, we charge a flat processing fee of ¥1995 for all orders under ¥15,000 (exclusive of shipping costs). Spend more than ¥15,000 and we'll gladly waive this.
Personal Shopper:  Step 3 Low Shipping Costs
We do our best to find the cheapest and fastest delivery option for every order. This will be different with each order as every order has different dimensions, a different weight and will ship to a different destination. Once you let us know what you need and where you need it, we'll contact all of our delivery partners to find the best deal.

Does Yoyo Market’s Personal Shopper Service include stores other than IKEA?
Absolutely! Tell us what you’re looking for and we’ll let you know if we can help you. As an example, in the past we’ve helped customers secure decking materials and tools from home centers. Delivery of IKEA items is our most common request, but we are happy to consider any inquiry. That said, please note that our Personal Shopper Service can’t do your weekly grocery shopping for you. The service is intended to help people access stores that are too far to get to or to help people who want to buy things that would otherwise be difficult to get home on their own.

How does the process work and how long will it take?
Once we receive details from you about what you would like us to help you buy, we will usually respond to you in 1-2 business days with follow-up questions or a quote. Once you receive a quote and confirm that you would like to go ahead with your purchase, we will set up a custom page for that will let you make your order through our website in a matter of minutes. Once you’ve placed your order, you can usually expect delivery of your IKEA items or other items within 3-5 business days.

What if we change our mind and want to return our order?
We pride ourselves on offering our customers the best service possible, but we also understand that sometimes you just change your mind after you order something and need to return it. No problem. Please just notify us within 30 days of receiving your order (returns@yoyomarket.jp) and we’d be happy to accept any items that are still in their original packaging—unopened, unused, and unassembled. You’ll need to cover the return shipping charges to get these items back to us and all charges and COD fees for your original shipment will be non-refundable. Upon receiving your return we will return the money to your credit card or arrange for a transfer to your bank account. To cover the cost of the banks’ transaction fees, 650 yen will be subtracted from the amount to be returned to you before any bank transfers are made. In the case of credit card payments, if charges have already been processed with your card company, we reserve the right to subtract 5% from the value of goods returned to cover transaction fees we’ve incurred. Personal Shopper Processing Fees are non-refundable.

If you ever receive the wrong item, are missing an item, or receive a broken item, please let us know within 30 days of receiving your order (returns@yoyomarket.jp) and we’ll gladly send you a replacement along with information on how to return the damaged items to us. When you contact us, please be sure to send us a picture and a detailed description of the problem so that we can reconcile the issue as quickly as possible.
