Expiry Dates & Freshness:  Please note that printed expiry dates on bagels are typically 2 days after the purchase date. For most parts of Japan this means that your bagels will arrive on the day before or the stated day of expiry. For deliveries to Hokkaido, Kyushu and Okinawa, your bagels may actually arrive the day after the printed expiry date. Don't worry though, bagels will stay fresh for around one week after delivery and will stay good for much longer if you freeze them. In adding these to your cart you acknowledge and accept the above and understand that we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for bagels that arrive on or after the expiry date.

Depending on the other contents of your order and the time of year, please understand that we use our discretion in deciding whether to send your bagels unrefrigerated, chilled or frozen.
