First things first what exactly is panchetta? Often called Italian bacon panchetta is cured and salted pork belly (as opposed to bacon which comes both from the belly and the sides of the pig). 

So what can it be used for? Well it is absolutely perfect for throwing in just about any pasta cream sauce. As the box suggests it is also fantastic in quiche, as well as in cream soup. We don't mind having it on it's own though in the cubed for it is best used to add flavor for dishes. You can also try it on a homemade pannini, as it is fantastic when crispy fried. Really your imagination is the limit with this one!
