Review:
This cheese reminds me of the sharp I used to eat when I was a kid in the US. It's not that sharp but does have more taste than 'mild cheddars'. This is real cheese and not the processed stuff. I like to grate this and put it on frozen pizza for extra flavor and nutrition. Great for omelettes and grilled cheese sandwiches. Great for making a welsh rarebit/rabbit too. I'm used to paying 900 yen for a small sliver here in stores in Fukui, so the Yoyo Market price is such a wonderful relief. If Yoyo could get a Swiss cheese and an Edam is a similar size, I might start to feel human again. But thanks for this and the white cheddars.
