I have eaten so many of these by now, I feel compelled to write a review. They are great for eating vegetarian, but rich enough in cheese and beans that you will feel satisfied. I suggest slathering lots of French's mustard on them. Or with sour cream or salsa (as Yoyo Mkt suggests). I also have found they go well with curry.
